本文研究了喷丸处理对3Cr2W8V热作模具钢的冷热疲劳性能、表面残余应力分布和表面形貌变化等影响规律。试验结果表明,喷丸对热作模具钢强化作用的主要原因是:(1)可改善工件表面形态,减少和消除脆性材料对应力集中的敏感性;(2)在约200~400μm厚的表层造成压应力((?)_R=-500MPa),且达600℃应力也不会完全释放;(3)可产生由表面应力诱(?)的相变和晶粒碎化效应。并介绍了喷丸强化技术用于热锻模具的使用效果.
In this paper, the effects of shot peening on hot and cold fatigue properties, surface residual stress distribution and surface topography of 3Cr2W8V hot die steel were studied. The test results show that the main reasons for the strengthening effect of shot peening on hot die steel are as follows: (1) the surface morphology of workpieces can be improved and the susceptibility of brittle materials to stress concentration can be reduced and eliminated; (2) Resulting in compressive stress (R? R = -500 MPa), and the stress up to 600 C will not be completely released. (3) The phase transformation and grain shredding effect caused by surface stress may occur. The effect of shot peening technology for hot forging die is introduced.
