行政补偿标准是行政补偿制度的要素之一,行政补偿制度的完善是构建社会主义和谐社会的重要体现。行政补偿标准的确定直接关系到行政补偿的数额,探讨行政补偿标准在构建和谐社会中的作用,研究当前我国行政补偿标准的不足以及完善我国行政补偿标准的途径对当前我国和谐社会的构建具有现实意义。
Administrative compensation standard is one of the elements of the administrative compensation system. The perfection of the administrative compensation system is an important manifestation of building a harmonious socialist society. The determination of the standard of administrative compensation is directly related to the amount of administrative compensation, to explore the role of administrative compensation standards in building a harmonious society, to study the current administrative compensation standards in our country is insufficient and ways to improve China’s administrative compensation standards on the current construction of our country’s harmonious society with reality significance.
