１９７５年中国科学院党组起草的《中国科学院工作汇报提纲》是中国最早正式提出马克思关于科学技术是生产力观点的文件。当年全面整顿中的《汇报提纲》和围绕“科学技术是生产力”引语的斗争使人们认识到“科学技术是生产力”观点在马克思主义学说中的重要地位。这一观点与社会主义建设的指导思想是紧密相关的。
The “outline of the work report of the Chinese Academy of Sciences” drafted by the Chinese Academy of Sciences in 1975 is the earliest formal submission by China on Marx’s paper on the viewpoint that science and technology are productive forces. The “outline of reporting” in the overall rectification and the struggle around the quotation of “science and technology are productive forces” make people realize that the view that “science and technology are productive forces” plays an important role in Marxist theory. This view is closely linked with the guiding ideology of socialist construction.
