国企的思想政治工作不仅能凝聚企业内部员工的力量,同时也有利于企业的长远发展。目前,在外部环境不断发生变化的情况下,国企必须要充分发挥自身优势,做好员工思想政治工作。文章分析了新时期国企思想政治工作的重要性,在此基础上提出了新时期国企思想政治工作的改进创新策略。
Ideological and political work of state-owned enterprises can not only unite the power of internal staff, but also benefit the long-term development of enterprises. At present, under the circumstance of constant changes in the external environment, state-owned enterprises must give full play to their own advantages and do well their ideological and political work. The article analyzes the importance of the ideological and political work of the state-owned enterprises in the new era and on this basis puts forward the improvement and innovation strategy of the ideological and political work in state-owned enterprises in the new period.
