目的分析油漆作业者心电图变化,探讨油漆对作业者心电图影响,为进一步研究油漆职业病危害因素对人心脏影响提供参考。方法对313名油漆作业者职业健康检查的心电图结果按心电图诊断标准进行归纳分类,结合作业者性别、年龄和工龄等因素进行分析。结果 313人中(男261人,女52人),正常心电图226人(男189人,女37人),异常心电图87人(男72人,女15人),异常率为27.8%,其中心律失常占异常构成比最大(47/87);心电图异常率随油漆作业工龄增加而增高、随年龄增大而降低。结论油漆作业者的心电图异常与性别无关,与年龄和从事油漆作业时间长短有关。
Objective To analyze the electrocardiogram changes of painters, explore the influence of paints on electrocardiogram of workers, and provide references for further study on the influence of paint occupational hazards on human heart. Methods The electrocardiogram results of occupational health examination of 313 paint operators were classified according to the diagnostic criteria of electrocardiogram, and the factors such as sex, age and length of service were analyzed. Results Of the 313 patients (261 males and 52 females), 226 had normal ECGs (189 males and 37 females), 87 had abnormal electrocardiograms (72 males and 15 females) with an abnormal rate of 27.8% Abnormal accounted for the largest proportion of anomalies (47/87); ECG anomaly rate increases with the length of the paint job increases, decreases with age. Conclusion The painter’s electrocardiogram abnormality has nothing to do with gender, and age and paint job in the length of time.
