阿勒泰林区是新疆两大重点国有林区之一,也是新疆森林火灾易发区和高发区。本文在分析2011年9月13日阿勒泰地区布尔津县禾木林区森林火灾的基础上,总结了阿勒泰地区现有扑火技术装备在灭火作战过程中发挥的重大作用及不足,提出了加强阿勒泰林区森林消防装备现代化的路径和举措,建议提高森林航空消防综合技术应用水平,充分发挥以水灭火的技术优势,开展区域森林火险预测预报研究工作,旨在全面提高阿勒泰地区监测和扑救森林火灾的综合能力,提高灭火效率,确保森林资源安全。
Altay Forest District is one of the two key state-owned forest areas in Xinjiang, and is also a forest fire prone area and a high incidence area in Xinjiang. Based on the analysis of the forest fire in Hemu Forest District, Burqin County, Altay Prefecture on September 13, 2011, this paper summarizes the significant functions and shortcomings of the existing fire fighting and technical equipment in the Altay area during the fire fighting operation.
