99例肺心病呼衰患者血清乳酸脱氢酶及其同工酶的变化为:①LD_1>LD_2和/或LD_1升高88例(88.89%),LD_1显著高于正常的1.02~3.69倍;②LD_5>LD_4和/或LD_5升高75例(75.76%),LD_5显著升高者55例,平均为正常的6.22±10.51倍,LD_1>10%者23例;③LD_5与LD_1变化呈一定相关关系(r=0.454,P<0.001),肺性脑病时,r=0.62,P<0.001;④4例危重患者LD_5阴极例出现一异常区带。结合临床初步分析了肺心病呼衰时心肌和肝脏急性受损的可能原因。
