由于我国是一个严重缺水的国家,而农业用水占我国总用水量的百分之七十,这就让农村节约用水成为了一个很严肃的问题。农村节约用水的工作对于农民收入的增加,粮食生产的稳定性和保持社会整体可持续发展都有着非常重要的意义。开展农村节约用水工作是建立现代节水型社会的关键,而推进农业节水也是实现我国水资源可持续利用的内在要求。
Since our country is a country that is seriously water-scarce, and agricultural water accounts for 70% of the total water consumption in our country, water conservation in rural areas has become a very serious issue. The work of saving water in rural areas is of great significance to the increase of peasants’ income, the stability of grain production and the sustainable development of society as a whole. Carrying out rural water conservation is the key to establishing a modern water-saving society, and promoting agricultural water saving is also an inherent requirement for realizing the sustainable utilization of water resources in our country.
