2005年9月23日,随着贵溪电厂二期工程首台机组的建成投产,中国电力投资集团公司推行的工程建设委托制管理改革已成效初显。工程建设委托制管理是一种全新的管理理念,在我国的电力建设管理方面是一个新的创举。这一改革在我国电力行业中引起了广泛关注。除工程项目实行委托制管理外,贵溪电厂还将在运行、检修和后勤服务等方面实行委托制管理。我们将拭目以待。
