六十年代初我国出现了天然锰砂接触氧化除铁技术,提出了活性滤膜的催化作用,之后又出现了人工接触滤料——锈砂与黑砂。但国内对接触氧化除铁、除锰的反应方程式、触媒的化学构造、自触媒催化机理、除铁与除锰工艺技术异同点等重要理论缺乏研究。本文主要介绍日本高井雄氏、中西弘氏关于上述几个问题理论研究成果,并结合国内一些单位的实践经验进行了阐述,以供工程实践和理论研究参考。
In the early 1960s, natural manganese sand contact oxidation iron removal technology appeared in China, and the catalytic effect of active membrane was proposed. Then artificial contact filter material—rust sand and black sand appeared. However, there are few studies on the important theories such as the reaction equation of contact iron oxide removal and manganese removal, the chemical structure of catalyst, the catalytic mechanism of self-catalyzed catalyst, and the similarities and differences of iron and manganese removal technology. This article mainly introduces the results of the theoretical research on Japan’s Takai Hiroshi’s, and the Chinese and Western-Hongji’s several problems, and elaborates on the practical experiences of some domestic companies to provide reference for engineering practice and theoretical research.
