目的:对药剂科管理与促进药物合理应用进行探讨,分析其中存在的问题提出解决办法提高药物合理应用率。方法:选取本院2010年3月~2011年3月本医开出的处方4000张作为对照组,在此期间未对药剂科进行质量管理;另选取2012年3月~2013年3月本院开出的3500张作为观察组,在此期间已对药剂科进行管理;两组对比,分析药剂科管理中存在的问题,提出有效的管理措施。结果:对照组中管理问题的发生率明显高于观察组,药物的合理应用率明显低于观察组。结论:对药剂科加强管理并采取有效的药物合理应用方法能够使药剂科管理的问题发生率降低,药物的合理应用率提高,从而提高药剂科的工作效率,促进医院的发展。
OBJECTIVE: To explore the management of pharmacy and to promote the rational use of drugs, to analyze the existing problems and propose solutions to improve the rational utilization of drugs. Methods: The hospital from March 2010 to March 2011 out of 4000 prescriptions out of this medicine as a control group, during this period did not pharmacy quality management; another selected March 2012 ~ March 2013 this hospital Out of 3500 as the observation group, during which Pharmacy has been managed; two groups compared to analyze the problems in the pharmacy management, put forward effective management measures. Results: The incidence of management problems in the control group was significantly higher than that in the observation group, and the reasonable application rate of the drugs was significantly lower than that in the observation group. Conclusion: To strengthen the management of pharmacy department and take effective drug rational use method can reduce the incidence of pharmacy management problems and improve the rational utilization rate of medicines, so as to improve the efficiency of pharmacy department and promote the development of the hospital.
