目的:通过螺旋CT数据的三维重建与测量,评估用含量为100%DBBM无机牛骨(Bio-Oss)充填材料进行上颌窦提升后提升区组织的体积稳定性。方法:对12例用100%DBBM进行上颌窦外提升一期植骨术的患者分别于术后2周与6个月行提升区的螺旋CT扫描,将CT数据通过SurgiCase CMF5.0软件进行三维重建与测量,通过自身前后对照观察充填区体积的变化。数据计算由Stata10软件包完成。结果:充填物总体积平均减小19.40%。其中,颊腭向最宽处平均减少0.29%,近远中向最宽处平均减少5.87%,垂直向最高处平均减少14.32%。结论:DBBM在术后6个月内有一定的体积收缩,以垂直向最为显著。
OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the volume stability of the tissue in the lifted zone after lifting the maxillary sinus with 100% DBBM inorganic bone material (Bio-Oss) by three-dimensional reconstruction and measurement of spiral CT data. Methods: Twelve patients underwent maxillary extracranial bone grafting with 100% DBBM were performed spiral CT scans of the ascending region at 2 weeks and 6 months postoperatively respectively. The CT data were analyzed by SurgiCase CMF 5.0 software in three dimensions Reconstruction and measurement, through its own control before and after the filling area to observe the volume changes. Data calculation is done by Stata10 package. Results: The total volume of filling decreased by an average of 19.40%. Among them, the cheek and palate to the widest point of the average reduction of 0.29%, near and far to the widest point to reduce 5.87% on average, the highest vertical average reduction of 14.32%. Conclusion: DBBM has some volume contraction within 6 months postoperatively, most notably in vertical direction.
