观察豚鼠哮喘模型致敏原激发后4、11、24h气道中炎症细胞的浸润及炎症细胞内c-jun表达情况。结果表明,激发后4h气道壁有轻度炎症细胞浸润,至12和24h气道炎症细胞浸润加重,粘膜上皮及粘膜下层有大量中性粒细胞和嗜酸性粒细胞,气道结构破坏;各时点炎症细胞内均有c-jun的表达,与对照组比较差异非常显著(P<0.01),阳性细胞数与炎症细胞浸润程度一致,但在激发后24h,炎症细胞内c-jun表达减弱。提示,早期原癌基因c-jun的表达可能是炎症细胞活化的早期标志,并与炎症细胞合成、分泌细胞因子和炎性介质有关。
The infiltration of inflammatory cells and the expression of c-jun in inflammatory cells were observed at 4, 11 and 24 hours after allergen challenge in guinea pig asthma model. The results showed that mild inflammatory cell infiltration was found in the airway wall 4 h after challenge, and the infiltration of inflammatory cells in airway increased to 12 and 24 h after stimulation. There were a large number of neutrophils and eosinophils in mucosal epithelium and submucosa, and the airway structure was destroyed. The expression of c-jun in inflammatory cells was significantly different from that in control group (P <0.01). The number of positive cells was consistent with that of inflammatory cells, but the expression of c-jun in inflammatory cells was weakened after 24h . These results suggest that the expression of early proto-oncogene c-jun may be an early marker of inflammatory cell activation and is related to inflammatory cell synthesis, secretion of cytokines and inflammatory mediators.
