采用酶联免疫吸附法检测20例初治菌阳肺结核病人和25例健康人血清的可溶性白细胞介素-2受体(sIL-2R)水平并采用生物活性检测法同时检测外周血白细胞介素-2膜受体(mIL-2R)的表达。结果表明,肺结核病人血中sIL-2R明显增高(P<0.01),而mIL-2R则明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。提示肺结核病人体内淋巴细胞活化产生大量的sIL-2R,并在结核病中起运输白细胞介素-2(IL-2)的作用。
Serum levels of soluble interleukin-2 receptor (sIL-2R) were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) in 20 newly diagnosed bacillary positive pulmonary tuberculosis patients and 25 healthy volunteers. The levels of interleukin- 2 membrane receptor (mIL-2R) expression. The results showed that the level of sIL-2R was significantly increased in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis (P <0.01), while the level of mIL-2R was significantly lower than that in the control group (P <0.01). It is suggested that activation of lymphocytes in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis produces a large amount of sIL-2R and plays a role in transporting interleukin-2 (IL-2) in tuberculosis.
