本文就新时期经济新闻的改革作了探讨。作者认为,新时期的经济新闻,首先必须实现价值取向的转变,使新闻报道直接服务于社会主义市场经济;还要实现写作方法的转变,从过去以典型报道为主转向以动态信息传递为主;为了使经济新闻更好地为社会主义市场经济服务,也应加强经济新闻的时效性,及时获取并报道有价值的信息.文章最后强调:经济新闻的写作需要一批高素质、高职业道德水准的新闻工作者,因此必须加强新闻队伍的建设,严禁搞“有偿新闻”。
