目的探讨将按压法辅助治疗应用于血液透析出现下肢肌肉痉挛患者的效果及有效护理措施。方法选择2015年3月—2016年3月在该院接受治疗的60例因血液透析发生下肢肌肉痉挛患者分为对照组(常规治疗及护理)、观察组(按压法辅助治疗及针对性护理),回顾性分析2组治疗及护理效果。结果观察组显效、有效率、护理满意度均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对因血液透析发生下肢肌肉痉挛患者行按压法辅助治疗,同时给予有效护理干预,可促进减缓患者疼痛,缩短痉挛持续时间,治疗及护理效果更优。
Objective To investigate the effect and effective nursing measures of pressing therapy assisted therapy in hemodialysis patients with lower extremity muscle spasm. Methods From March 2015 to March 2016, 60 patients with muscle spasms due to hemodialysis in the hospital were divided into control group (conventional treatment and nursing), observation group (assisted by pressure therapy and targeted nursing) Retrospective analysis of two groups of treatment and nursing effect. Results The observation group was significantly effective, effective, nursing satisfaction were significantly higher than the control group (P <0.05). Conclusions The patients undergoing hemodialysis with muscle spasm of lower extremity were assisted by pressing method. Effective nursing intervention was also given to relieve the pain and shorten the duration of spasticity. The treatment and nursing effect were better.
