目的研究巴曲酶是否是真正直接的自由基清除剂。方法超氧自由基由邻苯三酚自氧化体系产生,在该体系中加入不同剂量的巴曲酶,然后记录自氧化曲线,巴曲酶清除氧自由基的作用可通过计算邻苯三酚自氧化抑制率得出。同时,测定邻苯三酚自氧化的耗氧率,间接证明巴曲酶的直接清除自由基作用。结果巴曲酶能明显抑制邻苯三酚自氧化,并能降低邻苯三酚自氧化的耗氧量。研究中还发现巴曲酶热稳定性强。结论巴曲酶是一种有效的超氧阴离子自由基清除剂,它对脑缺血/再灌注后脑损伤有保护作用
Objective To study whether batroxobin is a truly direct free radical scavenger. Methods The superoxide radical was produced by pyrogallol autoxidation system. Batroxobin was added into the system at different dosages. Then the autoxidation curve was recorded. The effect of batroxobin on scavenging oxygen free radicals can be calculated by calculating pyrogallol from Oxidation inhibition rate. At the same time, the oxygen consumption rate of pyrogallol autoxidation was measured, which indirectly proves that batroxobin directly scavenges free radicals. Results Batroxobin significantly inhibited the autoxidation of pyrogallol and decreased the oxygen consumption of pyrogallol autoxidation. The study also found that Batroxobin thermal stability. Conclusions Batroxobin is an effective superoxide anion free radical scavenger that has a protective effect on brain injury following cerebral ischemia / reperfusion
