Unlike the past, today’s network needs to not only support business, but also to drive business. If the network is interrupted for any reason, the business will also be forced to be interrupted, resulting in a decrease in work efficiency and a loss of revenue, with serious consequences. Network downtime may be due to product failure, service issues or planned maintenance activities. However, the only unilateral cause of more than 50% of network downtime is human error.
