本文报告我院1960～1979年收治成人恶性肾肿瘤65例,肾癌29例,肾盂癌27例,恶性间叶瘤7例,肾胚胎癌2例。后10年的发病数较前10年增加4倍以上。重点讨论了临床表现、诊断和治疗。尿路造影术仍是目前诊断的主要依据,尿脱落细胞学检查是有价值的辅助诊断方法之一。早期诊断,以手术为主的包括化疗和放疗的综合治疗方法是提高生存率的关键。
This article reports from 1960 to 1979, we admitted 65 cases of adult malignant renal tumors, renal cell carcinoma in 29 cases, renal pelvis cancer in 27 cases, malignant mesenchymal tumor in 7 cases, 2 cases of renal cell carcinoma. After 10 years the incidence of more than 4 times the previous 10 years. Focus on the clinical manifestations, diagnosis and treatment. Urography is still the main basis of the current diagnosis, urine cytology is one of the valuable diagnostic methods. Early diagnosis, surgery-based comprehensive treatment including chemotherapy and radiotherapy is the key to improve the survival rate.
