有许多原因不明或原发性肾性血尿病例,用常规泌尿科和临床检查不能肯定其确切原因。在最近11年内,作者为药物治疗无效、原因不明的肾性血尿病例作了肾血管造影。发现半数病例有血管系统畸形。辅以肾上腺素的肾静脉造影术对诊断这些肾和肾周静脉畸形很有帮助。病人的选择和方法:凡属下述病人诊断为原因不明的肾性血尿:1.没有蛋白和管型的肉眼血尿;2.下行造影所见不能解释血尿原因;3.膀胱镜或尿道镜
There are many unexplained or primary renal hematuria cases, with conventional urology and clinical examination can not be sure of its exact cause. In the last 11 years, the authors did renovascular angiography for patients with unexplained renal hematuria who did not respond to medical therapy. Half of the cases were found to have vascular deformities. Renal vein angiography supplemented with epinephrine can be helpful in the diagnosis of these renal and renal venous malformations. Patient’s choice and method: Any of the following patients diagnosed as unexplained renal hematuria: 1. No protein and tubular gross hematuria; 2. Downstream angiography can not explain the cause of hematuria; 3. Cystoscopy or urethral mirror
