内镜下十二指肠乳头括约肌切开术(EST)是近年来应用于临床治疗急性胆源性胰腺炎的一种简便、安全、有效、无需麻醉、无严重并发症的方法。我院对18例急性胆源性胰腺炎患者作了 EST 治疗,7例痊愈出院,11例在 EST 术后2～6周行择期手术,取得较好的临床疗效。EST 尤其适用于高龄高危合并多脏器功能不全、多次手术后,有手术麻醉禁忌症的患者,使一个严重疾病转化为简单易处理疾病,大大缩短了病程。
Endoscopic duodenal sphincterotomy (EST) is a simple, safe, effective, anesthesia-free and non-serious complication method for clinical treatment of acute gallstone pancreatitis in recent years. In our hospital, 18 patients with acute gallstone pancreatitis were treated with EST and 7 patients were discharged. 11 patients underwent elective surgery at 2 ~ 6 weeks after EST, and achieved good clinical efficacy. EST is particularly suitable for elderly patients with high risk of multiple organ dysfunction, multiple surgeries, contraindications to surgical anesthesia, so that a serious disease into a simple and easy to handle diseases, greatly shortening the course of the disease.
