一、理顺管理机构,合理配置教育功能建立两个机构:一个是以企业总经理为组长,分管副经理为副组长,职能科室和有关部门负责人参加的企业教育决策机构,另一个是由精干、高效、一专多能的职教人员组成的企业教育执行机构。决策机构要定期对教育工作提出新的目标和要求,制订可行的战略规划,统筹指挥教育培训工作的开展。执行机构根据企业及各部门的要求,在进行科学预测、深入调查研究的基础上,下达教育计划,组织、检查教育活动的开展,引进、学习国内外先进的教育教学理论和教育模式。
