某水利枢纽工程竣工结算审核中在专业技术方面遇到一些问题,如:审核原则;合同价格调整;计算程序及取费基础;文件的解释及有效期;实施阶段的工程造价管理及相互联络;审核人员的职业道德等问题。这些都是应认真思考与妥善处理的问题。
Some water conservancy projects in the final settlement audit encountered some problems in the professional and technical aspects, such as: audit principles; contract price adjustment; calculation procedures and fee basis; document interpretation and validity; implementation phase of the project cost management and interconnection; audit Staff’s professional ethics and other issues. These are all issues that should be carefully considered and properly handled.
