根据我区石材加工行业的现状，采用化学方法研制了一种用于锯切花岗石荒料的ＨＧ磨削剂，将该剂按比例加入到冷却水中，可使锯片加工量提高到３５０～４００ｍ２，锯切成本下降２０％以上。通过对ＨＧ磨削剂水溶液性能的测定，探讨了其减摩的作用机理。
According to the current situation of stone processing industry in our district, we developed a kind of HG grinding agent for sawing granite block by chemical method. The proportion of HG grinding agent added to the cooling water can increase the processing amount of saw blade to 350 ~ 400m2, sawing costs down more than 20%. By measuring the performance of HG grinding agent aqueous solution, the action mechanism of anti-friction was discussed.
