通过对HB(布氏硬度)、HRB(B标尺洛氏硬度)试验机理及HB与HRB的关系进行分析,提出对ASME(美国国家标准)系列管材的硬度测定应根据管材壁厚进行统一规定的观点.通过参照ASME标准和实际测定分析,提出了在30.74.145《船舶锅炉管子制造技术条件》(企标)等国内标准或技术条件中应增加一个与HB指标等同的HRB指标.
