在1981年中央《关于建国以来党的若干历史问题的决议》中,提出了我国目前处于社会主义初级阶段。去年中央《关于社会主义精神文明建设指导方针的决议》中,又重申了这个论点。我认为这个论断非常重要,对中国的改革和建设有极其重大的指导意义。第一,它指出了我国是搞社会主义,而不是搞资本主义,不能倒退走回头路;第二,它指出了我国还处于社会主义初级阶段,不能超越这个最重要的国情,要求过高,急于求成。如何从理论上
In the 1981 “Resolution on Several Historical Issues of the Party since the Founding of the People’s Republic,” the central government proposed that China is currently in the initial stage of socialism. Last year the Central Committee made the same reiteration in its “Resolution on the Guidelines for the Socialist Spiritual Civilization Construction.” I think this thesis is very important and has extremely important guiding significance for China’s reform and construction.
