《石油库设计规范》审查会于1983年1月6日至12日在福建省厦门市召开。参加会议的有国家经委、石油部、商业部、总后勤部,公安部、铁道部、交通部、水电部、国家物资储备局、化工部、纺织部、航空部、民航总局、中国科学院、华东石油学院等部门45个单位94名代表。张英教授、梁翕章总工程师以及各有关方面的专家参加了会议。
The Review Conference of “Design Specification for Petroleum Depot” was held in Xiamen, Fujian Province from January 6 to January 12, 1983. The meeting was attended by representatives from State Economic Commission, Ministry of Petroleum, Ministry of Commerce, General Logistics Department, Ministry of Public Security, Ministry of Railways, Ministry of Communications, Ministry of Water Resources, State Reserve Bureau, Ministry of Chemical Industry, Ministry of Textile Industry, Ministry of Aviation, Civil Aviation Administration, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Petroleum Institute and other departments 45 units 94 representatives. Professor Zhang Ying, Chief Engineer Liang Zhaizhang and experts from all walks of life attended the meeting.
