事业单位性质、企业化管理的二元管理体制,使得我国电视媒体天生具有多重性组织目标。而模糊的产权界定,威权国家政治体制,法律法规的约束,使以湖南卫视为代表的中国电视媒体在发展过程中,出现诸多不稳定的影响因素。面对政府政策、经济资本不断变动的外部大环境,电视媒体需要不断进行动态调整,以获得长期的合法性地位和发展机会。同时,内部组织成员又有着实现专业理想的渴望,电视媒体的发展又必须处理这些诉求。在平衡这些因素的过程中,我国电视媒体形成了独特的发展路径和调试机制。
The nature of business units, dual management system of enterprise management, making the television media in our country has the inherent multiple organizational goals. The vague definition of property rights, authoritarian state political system, laws and regulations constraints, so that Hunan TV as the representative of the Chinese television media in the development process, there are many unstable factors. Faced with the external environment where government policies and economic capital are constantly changing, the television media needs to constantly make dynamic adjustments in order to gain long-term legitimacy and development opportunities. At the same time, the internal organization members have the desire to achieve professional ideals, and the development of the television media must deal with these aspirations. In the process of balancing these factors, China’s television media has formed a unique development path and debugging mechanism.
