依达比星(Idarubicin,IDA)是由英国Farmitalia Carlo Erba公司研究开发的第二代蒽环类抗肿瘤新药,是柔红霉素(Doxorubicin,DNR)的合成类似物,化学结构与柔红霉素之差为4-位上去了甲氧基,因此IDA的化学名为4-去甲氧基一柔红霉素。
Idarubicin (IDA) is a new anthracycline antitumor drug researched and developed by British Farmitalia Carlo Erba company. It is a synthetic analogue of daunorubicin (DNR) The difference between primes is methoxy at 4-position, so the chemical name of IDA is 4-demethoxy-daunorubicin.
