介绍了深圳市宝安区人民医院医德医风建设所取得的成绩及采取的有效措施及其效果。认为加强医德医风建设应提高对其重要性的认识;为社会提供全程优质服务;健全内部约束监督机制;强化领导带头,“以奉养廉”。
This paper introduces the achievements made by the medical ethics of the People’s Hospital of Shenzhen Bao’an District, and the effective measures taken and their effects. It is believed that strengthening the construction of medical ethics should improve the understanding of its importance; provide the society with full-range quality services; improve the internal restraint and supervision mechanism; and strengthen leadership to “lead in raising integrity”.
