目的了解临床呼吸系统真菌分布及其药敏情况,指导临床合理使用抗生素。方法对临床送检的呼吸系统标本进行真菌鉴定,并检测其对5种抗生素的敏感性。结果(1)共分离出真菌760株,其中白色念珠菌居首位,依次为光滑念珠菌、热带念珠菌、克柔念珠菌和近平滑念珠菌;(2)760株真菌对FCA、ITR、VRC、5-FC及AMB的敏感率分别为88.3%、88.2%、98.4%、96.5%及99.3%;(3)白色念珠菌对5种抗生素的敏感性较好,均达到100.0%;(4)光滑念珠菌对FCA和ITR的敏感性较低,分别为24.0%和26.7%;(5)克柔念珠菌除对FCA天然耐药,对ITR和5-FC均表现为耐药。结论加强临床呼吸系统真菌监测具有十分重要的意义,能够为临床合理选择抗生素提供参考依据。
Objective To understand the clinical respiratory fungal distribution and drug susceptibility to guide clinical rational use of antibiotics. Methods The respiratory specimens of clinical samples were tested for their fungal susceptibility and tested for their sensitivity to five antibiotics. Results (1) 760 strains of fungi were isolated, of which Candida albicans ranked first, followed by Candida glabrata, Candida tropicalis, Candida krusei and Candida parapsilosis; (2) The sensitivities of VRC, 5-FC and AMB were 88.3%, 88.2%, 98.4%, 96.5% and 99.3%, respectively. (3) Candida albicans was highly sensitive to 5 antibiotics, both of which reached 100.0% ) Candida glabrata was less sensitive to FCA and ITR, which was 24.0% and 26.7%, respectively. (5) Candida krusei showed resistance to both ITR and 5-FC except for natural resistance to FCA. Conclusion It is very important to strengthen the monitoring of clinical respiratory fungal and provide a reference for the rational selection of antibiotics.
