目的:研究鲤鱼汤降低肾病综合征大鼠尿蛋白,防止肾间充质转分化(EMT)的作用机制。方法:Wistar雄性大鼠50只,随机分为正常组(N组)、肾病组(S组)、鲤鱼汤低剂量组(CL组)、鲤鱼汤高剂量组(CH组)、厄贝沙坦组(IR组)。一次性尾静脉注射阿霉素6.2mg/kg造模,造模后灌胃相应药物干预。免疫组化法观察肾小管间质整合素链激酶(ILK)、磷酸化糖原合成酶激酶-3β(P-GSK-3β)及α-平滑肌蛋白(α-SAM)表达、β-连环蛋白(β-catenin)胞核阳性率。结果:CL组、CH组、IR组肾小管间质ILK、P-GSK-3β、α-SAM表达强度及β-catenin胞核阳性率较S组降低(P<0.05),ILK及α-SMA表达与肾组织形态变化密切相关。结论:鲤鱼汤可降低阿霉素肾病大鼠尿蛋白,防止EMT。
