采用Falex试验法,研究了几种常用低温化学热处理渗层的抗咬合性能,结果表明盐浴硫氮碳共渗、气体渗氮、气体氮碳共渗层具有优异的抗咬合性;离子渗氮及离子渗氮+低温电解渗硫亦可改善抗咬合性,各种渗层的抗咬合性均符合Bowden和Tabor理论。
Falex test was used to study the anti-seizure properties of several commonly used low-temperature chemical heat-treated layers. The results show that salt bath sulfonitrocarburizing, gas nitriding and gas nitrocarburizing have excellent seizure resistance. Ion nitriding And ion nitriding + low temperature electrolytic sulfurization also improve occlusal seizure resistance. The occlusal resistances of all kinds of layers are in accordance with the Bowden and Tabor theories.
