根据截齿的受力模型,建立了截割头负载和优化设计的数学模型,对截割头的载荷特性进行了分析,并由序列二次规划(SQP)优化方法得出横轴式掘进机的最优运动参数,对提高横轴式掘进机的工作平稳性、抑制粉尘及提高生产效率均有较大意义。
