随着信息社会的逐渐深入,信息生态的运行与发展渐成热点问题。文章从信息生态的特点入手,引进经济领域的核心竞争力的相关理论,构建了信息生态系核心竞争力的四力模型,并以效率优先、适应与耐性、学习机制、整合规律四个规律建构信息生态核心竞争力。同时,从慎重选择核心竞争力、提升用户体验和参与度、保障信息资源的有效性、创新服务内容和方式,以及分类分级管理核心要素五个方面对信息生态核心竞争力的培育进行了相关探讨。
With the gradual deepening of the information society, the operation and development of information ecology has become a hot issue. Starting with the characteristics of information ecology, the article introduces the related theory of core competitiveness in the economic field and constructs the four forces model of the core competitiveness of information ecosystem. Based on the four rules of efficiency priority, adaptation and patience, learning mechanism and integration law Information ecological core competitiveness. At the same time, the author discusses the cultivation of information ecological core competence from five aspects: choosing core competence prudently, enhancing user experience and participation, ensuring the validity of information resources, innovating service contents and methods, and core elements of classification and grading management .
