人参为名贵药材,具有多种生理活性。除人参皂甙为主要生物活性成分外,人参果胶也是其有效成分之一。人参多糖对免疫功能有调节作用,可降低转氨酶,解毒保肝。而其中具有药理活性部份,主要是人参多糖中的人参果胶,其对小白鼠移植性肿瘤S—180具有较好的抑瘤作用[表一],抑瘤率可达60%。人参果胶可从人参根废渣中提取,来源既丰富又经济。本文就国内几年来对人参果胶的组成、化学结构、人参果胶中蛋白质与多糖的关系及人参果胶的生理活
Ginseng is a rare medicinal herb that has a variety of physiological activities. In addition to ginsenosides as the main bioactive ingredient, ginseng pectin is also one of its active ingredients. Ginseng polysaccharide can regulate the immune function, reduce transaminase and detoxify liver. Among them, the pharmacologically active part is mainly the ginseng pectin in the ginseng polysaccharide, which has a good inhibitory effect on the mouse transplanted tumor S-180 [Table 1], and the tumor inhibition rate can reach 60%. Ginseng pectin can be extracted from the ginseng root residue, which is both rich and economical. This article discusses the composition and chemical structure of ginseng pectin, the relationship between protein and polysaccharide in ginseng pectin, and the physiological activity of ginseng pectin for several years in China.
