本文应用大白鼠高脂模型观察了白首乌降血脂作用及肝脏组织化学变化。结果证明:白首乌能显著降低血清总胆固醇,其降脂的有效成分可能是总甾体酯甙;降脂途径可能与调节肝细胞内ATPase、SDH、G—6—P等酶的活性有关。
In this paper, lipid-lowering effects and histochemical changes of liver in white-shouwu rats were observed using a high fat mouse model. The results showed that: Baishouwu can significantly reduce serum total cholesterol, its lipid-lowering effective component may be total steroid ester glycosides; lipid-lowering pathway may be related to the regulation of hepatocyte ATPase, SDH, G-6P and other enzymes activity .
