简易蜗杆磨床(见图1)是为解决几种大模数蜗杆(如图2示 m_s=15,Z_1=2的蜗杆)精加工而设计制造的。该机床主轴为螺旋运动方式,即旋转又按蜗杆导程作轴向移动(工件与尾轴同转)。砂轮对工件的切深与走刀量靠摇动砂轮座实现(见图3)。主轴为液压传动(见图4),能无级调速,满足粗精磨及退回不同速度的需要。主轴螺旋运动精度主要取决于装在该主轴上的与蜗杆导程相等的“导程靠模”(我厂是螺纹磨床精加工的)。从图3看出,该机床主要特点是:导程靠模与工件间传动链极短,与通用蜗杆磨床比较,不存在齿轮系、螺杆及拖
The simple worm grinder (see Figure 1) is designed to address the finishing of several large modulus worms (m_s = 15, Z_1 = 2 in Figure 2). The machine tool spindle for the spiral movement, that is, according to the worm screw rotation for axial movement (workpiece with the tail shaft rotation).
