1995年,广东省深圳市宝安区沙并镇坣岗村民委员会荣获“全国模范村民委员会”光荣称号。消息传来,全村1500多名村民喜笑颜开。这是因为全国数以万计的村庄中只有200个村有这样的殊荣。“全国模范村民委员会”是国家民政部经过严格评价、验收而确定的。坣岗村的村民们在分享这殊荣时,都异口同声地说,是在村党支部和支书陈喜鹏的带领下,全村才能进入全国模范村行列。
