由国家海洋局第二海洋研究所海洋遥感技术研究室承担的国家“七五”重点攻关项目76—04—01专题中的“东海、黄海海况速报及中心渔场测报”试播工作在宁波、舟山等海洋渔业公司的协助下,于1987年11月6日至12月25日进行,并于1988年3月18日通过国家海洋局局级鉴定,受到了与会专家、代表的高度评价。
