3月21日,证监会表态将多措并举,全面推进创业板市场改革。一是修改创业板首发管理办法,适当放宽创业板首发财务准入指标,取消持续增长要求,简化发行条件,进一步加强对创新型、成长型企业发展的扶持力度;二是拓展市场服务覆盖面,停止执行《关于进一步做好创业板推荐工作的指引》,创业板申报企业不再限于九大行业;三是建立符合创业板特点的再融资制度,合理设定发行条件,推出“小额、快速、灵活”
