推行集中统一规范管理,是促进农电标准化建设的有效路径和载体。近年来,江苏省淮安供电公司上河供电所在深入开展的“五加强、五推进”活动中,结合本所工作实际,通过深化加强集中统一规范管理,推进农电标准化建设。从增强规范管理责任入手,推动标准化建设有声有色;从细化规范管理措施人手,突出标准化创建主题主线;从注重实际实效出发,带动农电规范管理提档升级,不断提升供电所标准化、精益化、专业化管理水平,其经验做法得到了省市公司有关部门的肯定和推荐。
The implementation of centralized, uniform and standardized management is an effective path and carrier for promoting the standardization of rural power. In recent years, Jiangsu Huai’an Power Supply Company Shanghe Power Supply Depth of “five to strengthen, five to promote” activities, combined with the actual work of this Office, deepen the strengthening of centralized and standardized management, and promote the standardization of rural power construction.
