随着互联网和信息技术的迅速发展,虚拟社会应运而生,其安全管理也自然成为我们现实社会管理的一个重要课题。公安机关在履行法定的治安管理职责时,面对虚拟社会的安全管控,遭遇到法律法规支撑不足、管控技术滞后、虚拟社会管理基础薄弱等一系列问题。针对这种情况,当务之急应采取技术先行、法制支撑、夯实基础、引导自律等具体措施,确保控制到位,管理有效。
With the rapid development of the Internet and information technology, virtual society has emerged, and its safety management has naturally become an important issue in our social management. When implementing the lawful public security management responsibilities, the public security organs face a series of problems such as the lack of support of laws and regulations, the lagging control of technologies and the weak foundation of virtual social management in the face of the safety control of virtual society. In view of this situation, it is imperative to adopt specific measures such as prior technology, legal support, solid foundation and self-discipline to ensure that control is in place and management is effective.
