尽管大型企业在现代市场经济中占据了重要位置,但就是在发达国家中,中小企业仍然发挥着不可替代的作用,在我国,情况更是这样。据统计,中小企业占全国全部企业户数的98%以上,占工业产值60%左右,占实现利税40%,约占就业人数和新增就业机会的75%和80%。但是中小企业既缺乏资金,又缺乏人才,而且我国中小企业中家庭式的组织结构较多,管理方式陈旧,效益低下,发展后劲不足。据从发达国家中小企业发展过程得到的启示,我国中小企业在经济和专业化进程中,特别是加入WTO以后,其发展要在市场定位、组织结构、技术创新和专业化协作等方面有所突破。一、市场定位中小企业发展方向的确定是以市场为基础,与大企业不同的
