恶性网状细胞病是一种网状内皮系统增生的恶性疾患。国内于1957年田氏首先报告一例尸检类似Scott及Marshall3所报导的病例。1960年郁氏4报导18例。以后各地也相继作了不少报导,其临床表现极不一致。一般类似白血病,而在网状内皮系统有大量异常网状细胞增生,甚至血液中亦往往出现异常网状细胞,此类细胞有别于白血病细胞,目前认识较为一致,称为恶性网状细胞病(以下简称恶网)。
Malignant reticulosis is a malignant condition in which the reticuloendothelial system proliferates. In 1957, Tian first reported an autopsy case similar to the one reported by Scott and Marshall3. Yu 4 in 1960 reported 18 cases. Since then, many other places have made quite a number of reports, and their clinical manifestations are extremely inconsistent. Generally similar to leukemia, and in the reticuloendothelial system a large number of abnormal reticular cell hyperplasia, and even blood often appear abnormal reticulocytes, these cells are different from leukemia cells, the current understanding is more consistent, known as malignant reticulosis (Hereinafter referred to as the evil net).
