人们常说某个人很聪明,或者说这个人脑子特别灵,这是指一个人的智力状况来说的。和它相对的一面是非智力因素。而非智力因素是指人的动机、兴趣、情感、意志、性格、美感等。非智力因素与智力因素在实际教育教学中是相辅相成的,它们起着协调促进的作用,两者缺一不可。教学实践表明,就大多数学生而言,他们的智力状况并不悬殊,导致学生两极分化的一个重要原因是由于非智力因素。笔者谨谈以下几点认
People often say that someone is very smart, or that this person’s brain is particularly spiritual. This refers to a person’s mental status. The opposite side of it is a non-intelligence factor. Non-intellectual factors refer to people’s motives, interests, emotions, will, personality, and beauty. Non-intellectual factors and intellectual factors are mutually reinforcing in practical education and teaching. They play a role in coordination and promotion. Both are indispensable. Teaching practice shows that for most students, their intelligence status is not very different, and an important reason for students’ polarization is due to non-intellectual factors. The author would like to talk about the following points
