同志们! 你们到鞍钢来开这个炼铁、烧结、炼焦联合学术年会很好。虽然是三个专业,但目标都是围绕高炉。今天我主要围绕炼铁讲两个问题,供同志们参考。一、关于高炉的操作思想和操作方针问题钢铁联合企业的生产,大体上可以划分为两个系统。一个是炼铁以上,一个是炼铁以下。炼铁以上是以高炉为主,炼铁以下是以炼钢、轧钢为主。所以把烧结、炼焦、炼铁合在一起开会是很好的。这三个专业是一个整体,有一个核心,这就是炼铁。烧结、炼焦、耐火材料是为炼铁服务的。因此必须依靠炼焦、烧结、炼铁各方面的力量联合起来,共同努力才能提高生产水平。这次会议,各厂、学校、研究机关负责人来参加,这很好,你们是技术上的负责人,希望你们毫无保留地把经验拿出来,大家取长补短,互相学习,大力协作,进一步解放炼铁生产力,创造炼铁新水平。
