【党建实务】党内选举的方式党内选举时所采用的方法和形式。主要有直接选举、间接选举、差额选举、等额选举和预选。直接选举是指有选举权的人直接参加选举行使选举权利的选举方式;间接选举是指有选举权的人通过选出的代表进一步行使选举权利的选举方式;差额选举是指候选人多于应选人的选举;等额选举是指候选人与应选人数相等的选举;预选是指在党内选举时,为确定正式候选人而进行的选举。
