随着高等教育从精英教育向大众化教育的转型,要求高等教育向多元化的办学模式、多层次的人才培养模式发展转化,应用型本科院校应运而生。其培养目标主要是培养生产、管理一线的应用型人才。为适应应用型本科院校的发展和需要,教师队伍也需向“双师型”师资队伍发展。本文主要从政府、学校、教师自身三个方面就应用型本科院校“双师型”教师立体化培养模式进行探讨,以求教于方家学者。
With the transformation of elite education from elite education to popular education, higher education is required to transform itself into a diversified mode of running schools and a multi-level training model of talents, and applied undergraduate colleges and universities emerge as the times require. The main training objectives are to train production and management of the application of talent. In order to adapt to the development and needs of applied undergraduate colleges, teachers should also be developed to “double-qualified teachers.” This article mainly discusses the three-dimensional cultivation mode of applied double-type teachers from the government, schools and teachers themselves, in order to learn from the Fang scholars.
