波萝赤小流域位于辽宁省北票市北部北四家乡境内,包括王增店一个村,流域总面积24.40 km2,其中水土流失面积12.70 km2。项目区内水土流失严重,生态环境不断恶化,为了保护水土资源,改善生态环境,北票市实施波萝赤小流域综合防治工程,工程综合治理水土流失面积981 hm2。经过5 a的集中、连续综合治理,建成了完整的水土流失防御体系,流域内经济效益、蓄水保土效益、社会效益和生态效益得以很大提高。
The Poochi Small Watershed is located in the northern part of Bei Si Village in the north of Beipiao City, Liaoning Province, including a village of Wangzengdian with a total drainage area of 24.40 km2, of which soil erosion area is 12.70 km2. In order to protect soil and water resources and improve the ecological environment, Beipiao City implements the comprehensive prevention and control project of the Poochi Small Watershed, and comprehensively manages 981 hm2 of water and soil loss area in the project area. After 5 years of centralized and continuous comprehensive management, a complete water and soil loss prevention system has been built up, and the economic benefits, water and soil conservation benefits, social benefits and ecological benefits in the basin have been greatly enhanced.
